Urethral calculi are rare clinic conditions characterized with dysuria, hematuria, penile pain and low urinary tract obstruction, rarer for primary ones. Primary urethral calculi are associated with foreign bodies and urinary dynamic changement. Surgery can be challenging for the complexity of urethral incision and stitch. We report a case of enormous primary urethral calculi of the manifestations and management. …
