Abstract

The objective of mastopexy is improvement of breast form. Mastopexy procedures are therefore more selective than those for reduction mammaplasty. A simple and reliable operative technique for correction of ptotic breasts is presented. The advantage of this technique offers an alternative to augmentation mammaplasty.
