Polydimethylsiloxane (Macroplastique®; Cogentix, Minnetonka, MN) is an FDA-approved treatment for stress urinary incontinence (SUI) and is described as nonmigratory [
1]. Migration complications, reported with other bulking agents, include periurethral masses, urethral mucosa prolapse, and migration to lymph nodes [
