Polydimethylsiloxane (Macroplastique®; Cogentix, Minnetonka, MN) is an FDA-approved treatment for stress urinary incontinence (SUI) and is described as nonmigratory [1]. Migration complications, reported with other bulking agents, include periurethral masses, urethral mucosa prolapse, and migration to lymph nodes [2]. In addition to two prior cases of polydimethylsiloxane migration, we report two further cases of polydimethylsiloxane migration, one into the vagina and one into the bladder. …
