Collection of urine in the vagina (urocolpos) could be due to vesicovaginal reflux (VVR) or a fistula. Urocolpos can present as urine incontinence, enuresis, recurrent urinary tract infection, and vaginal discharge. Although urocolpos due to vesicovaginal reflux has been described already, urocolpos associated with bilateral pelviureteric junction obstruction (PUJO) has not been described before. …
