In der vielzitierten IMCL-9815-Studie erfolgte eine Randomisation zwischen Strahlentherapie plus wöchentlicher Gabe von Cetuximab oder alleiniger Strahlentherapie, wobei unterschiedliche Fraktionierungskonzepte möglich waren [1]. Eine Subgruppe mit Oropharynxkarzinomen, deren p16-Status ermittelt werden konnte (n = 182, insgesamt 253 Patienten mit dieser Tumorlokalisation), wurde retrospektiv ausgewertet [2]. …
