Ganglioneuroma (GN) is benign, slow-growing tumor arising from sympathetic ganglion cells [13] present in the paravertebral sympathetic plexus including the retroperitoneal (32–52%), mediastinal (39–43%), and cervical region (8–9%). It can occasionally arise from the adrenal medulla [46]. We report a patient with the giant ganglioneuroma of adrenal excised with robotic assistance. …
