[68Ga]Ga-DOTA-FAPI-04 is a promising PET tracer that allows imaging of various types of cancer with favorable tumor-to-background contrast. Moreover, intense uptake of [68Ga]Ga-DOTA-FAPI-04 was also observed in inflammatory disease due to inflammation-induced fibrosis [15].
