British Medical Journal by Jarvinen et al. [

2]. While FRAX and bisphosphonates have revolutionised our management of fragility fractures, neither is a panacea nor are they beyond criticism. There is room for a much greater sophistication in our management of fragility fractures both pathophysiologically and at the level of public health.
