Juvenile chronic arthritis (JCA) encompasses a heterogenous group of chronic childhood arthropathies. The heterogeneity also applies to their complex genetic traits. Reports of twins both concordant and discordant for JCA, though rare, are reported in the literature. We also present a twin couple with JCA and stress the genetic influences. …
