A 76-year-old male with a history of partial small bowel obstructions and biliary stricture presented with dyspnea on exertion. He reported he was in a good state of health until 3 years ago when he noticed shortness of breath when climbing a flight of stairs. His shortness of breath progressively worsened 6 months prior to presentation and was associated with non-radiating chest tightness.
