Stuart Pollack, MD, is a primary care internist and the medical director for Brigham and Women’s Advanced Primary Care Associates, South Huntington, in Boston, Massachusetts. The group was founded in 2011 as a demonstration project to test a team-based approach to primary care. The clinic, which currently serves over 7,000 patients, is designated as a Tier 3 patient-centered medical home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance.
