Cardiac resynchronisation therapy (CRT) is increasingly being used to treat or prevent heart failure in patients with intraventricular or atrioventricular conduction delay. Due to improved implantation tools and improved electrode design, implantation failure rates have decreased in recent years from 5–10% to less than 4%, questioning the need for pre-implantation imaging [
