Dear Editor, we read with interest the systematic review and meta-analysis by Thavarajasingam et al. [7] about invasive tests for predicting shunt response in idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus (iNPH). We agree with the authors that the complication profiles of the invasive predictive tests needs attention. In this regard, we would like to comment on the following. …
