Heterotopic pancreas is a rare condition of aberrant/ectopic pancreatic tissue with no anatomical or vascular connection to the pancreas. Symptomatic presentation in children is unusual. We discuss two cases presenting with upper gastrointestinal (GI) bleeding. After extensive investigation, both were subsequently found to have gastric antral pancreatic heterotopia. …
