An 82-year-old male patient with a history of pulmonary diffuse large B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) presented with a left hemiparesis with predominantly leg weakness resulting in an increased tendency to fall. Two months prior, the NLH had been diagnosed by bronchoscopy and an atypical, partial resection of the left lower pulmonary lobe was performed, followed by one cycle of R-CHOP (rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisone). …
