An 83-year-old male with 2-year history of central chest tightness with exertion presented to our nuclear cardiology center for dipyridamole rubidium-82 positron emission (82Rb PET) computed tomography (CT). His risk factors included poorly controlled type 2 diabetes, dyslipidemia, and hypertension.
