Die kognitive Leistungsfähigkeit (KL) kann bei bis zu 75 % der Patientinnen mit Mammakarzinom während einer Chemotherapie (CTX) eingeschränkt sein [14]. Die vorliegende Arbeit verfolgte drei Fragestellungen: (1) Korreliert körperliche Aktivität (KA) während der CTX mit KL im zeitlichen Verlauf? (2) Hat KA vor CTX einen Einfluss auf die KL während und nach der Therapie? (3) Wie verändert sich die KA und deren Intensität bei Mammakarzinompatientinnen unter CTX im Vergleich zu einer unbehandelten Kontrollgruppe? …
