The authors describe use of decellularized dermal graft as a sling material in a rat model of stress urinary incontinence (SUI). They showed significant increase in leak point pressure (LPP) following sling in a sphincter-damaged animal. This is an expected finding seen in human studies in patients with intrinsic sphincter deficiency (ISD) who underwent compressive pubovaginal sling. …
