Breast cancer is the most common malignancy in women and nearly 7% of cases are diagnosed before age 40 [
1]. Diagnosis at early ages is associated with a worse prognosis and therefore, these cases are usually managed with adjuvant chemotherapy and/or hormonal therapy. These treatments are effective in reducing recurrence rates and improving survival rates; however, they have a negative impact on ovarian function and fertility [
