Automatic oxygen delivery leads to better control but not earlier discharge

MedNet.nl: COPD patients who are automatically administered oxygen during hospitalization for exacerbation spend a greater proportion of time in a situation of optimal oxygen control than patients in whom oxygen delivery is manually regulated. The time patients required supplemental oxygen and the duration of hospitalization did not differ between the groups.
