A 2-month-old boy presented with frequent spitting of his feeds and a large head circumference (97th percentile). MRI demonstrated a lobular, intensely enhancing mass extending superiorly from the region of the third ventricle along the septum pellucidum with associated obstructive hydrocephalus of the third and lateral ventricles (Fig. 1).
