Chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) is a myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative neoplasm characterized by monocytosis superior to 109 cells/L. It has been associated with various dysimmune systemic manifestations, including peripheral polyneuropathy. However, no central nervous system manifestation has yet been associated with CMML. We report a patient with pseudo-tumoral focal inflammatory brain lesion associated with CMML. …
