We thank Phillips and Brierley [1] for their thoughtful letter to the editor submitted in response to our recent article published in Pediatric Cardiology assessing the reliability of Ultrasound Cardiac Output Monitor (USCOM™) in adolescents with cardiac disease using cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (cMRI) as a reference technique [2].
