The treatment approaches for locally advanced pancreatic cancer (LAPC) in terms of systemic (both neoadjuvant and adjuvant setting) and local therapy were not standardized in the past. LAPC with vascular involvement were deemed unresectbale. Although surgical techniques of resectable pancreatic cancer were standardized, the treatment of LAPC with vascular involvement were challenging. …
