We appreciate your feedback regarding our study [1]. First, The Alvarado score and risk classification of patients with suspected acute appendicitis (AA) into three groups based on clinical and laboratory markers suspicious of acute appendicitis were used to enroll the 100-cohort population study participants with suspected AA. Second, 84 patients with observed color flow in the appendiceal US were included in this analysis out of the 100 cohort study participants; 16 patients were excluded because we were unable to detect color flow in their appendiceal US. …
