Angiolipoma is a benign histopathological entity comprising mature adipocytes and abnormal proliferations of capillary, sinusoidal, venous and/or arterial vessels [1]. The lesions are most commonly encountered in the subcutaneous tissue of the trunk and extremities, only 21 angiolipomas have been reported so far in the intracranial cavity 12 of which were located in the sellar and parasellar region [2]. Here, we report a further case of angiolipoma of the sellar region which infiltrated the cavernous sinus and displaced the left temporal lobe. …
