This is an interesting case report of amazia in a syndromic patient. Amazia itself is a rare condition and should be reported in the literature when seen. The facial features of this patient included nasomaxillary retrusion, class 3 malocclusion, and absence of the anterior nasal spine. The skeletal anomalies included camptodactyly, scoliosis, and thoracic vertebral abnormality. …
