A 28 year old woman was admitted to the hospital with complaints of hemoptysis and dyspnea. On her present examination chest X ray showed increased size of pulmonary arteries. Her physical examination findings were unremarkable. Laboratory findings were within normal limits. Computed Tomography Angiography (Fig. 1) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) (Fig. 2) of the chest were performed.×
