Extranodal marginal zone B-cell lymphoma of the mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue type (MALT lymphoma) of the uvea is a rare clinical condition, and the diagnosis is challenging [1, 2]. Recently, the clinical diagnosis has been reached by precise histopathological analysis of the biopsy specimen of the concomitant extraocular lesion [3, 4] sometimes detected using imaging modalities [3].
