Intravascular lymphoma (IVL) is a rare non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma which causes diagnostic dilemma due to the nonspecific clinical picture, laboratory data, and imaging findings. This potentially results in late diagnosis with 40–80 % of cases unable to be diagnosed until autopsy [

2]. We present a case of brain biopsy-proven IVL where the combination of two uncommon neuroimaging findings contributed to the diagnosis. Written informed consent for publication was obtained. These potentially new neuroimaging signs are described and the etiologies are explored. …
