Chyle leak is a highly morbid condition, which, when persistent, can lead to life-threatening malnutrition, infection, and prolonged hospital stay. When traditional treatments fail, a surgical approach is normally indicated. Embolization, typically with coils or liquid embolic agents, has been described [13]. We report a case of chyle leak following right upper lobe lobectomy managed successfully by percutaneous alcohol sclerosis of the cisterna chyli after failed conservative management. …
