Multicentric carpotarsal osteolysis (MTCO) syndrome is a rare skeletal disorder characterized by osteolysis, or bone resorption, particularly affecting the carpal and tarsal bones. It is frequently associated with generalized osteoporosis, scoliosis, and protrusio acetabuli, with destruction of larger joints including the elbows and hips, and can be associated with progressive renal failure [
