The World Federation of Neurological Surgeons (WFNS) consists of three society groupings. Group A has five regional associations: North American, Latin American, European, Pan African, and Asian and Australian associations. Group B includes national, regional, multinational neurosurgical societies that include 89 societies participated by 72 countries.
