Yet another year has almost ended. It has been a good year for the journal in many ways. Most importantly, we should like to start by thanking everyone who has been involved with the journal during the last year especially the reviewers, who are listed below. We are aware of the fact that reviewing a manuscript is time-consuming and unpaid and all too often the best reviewers are bombarded with simultaneous requests from several journals. We are very much aware of this, so we try to limit the number of reviews each reviewer receives but feel we may be only partially successful. We know that we rely heavily on the same (arguably the best!) reviewers repeatedly to do this unglamorous and time-consuming work. …
