We carefully read the paper “How does the 7th TNM edition fit in gastric cancer management?” written by Rausei et al. recently. Although the viewpoints proposed by the authors are novel, we think there are some matters regarding N stage in the 7th edition tumor–node–metastasis (TNM) staging for gastric cancer should be deserved to discuss. …
