Another year is nearing its end, and it has been another good one for the journal. We would like to start by thanking everyone who has been involved with us during 2014. Firstly, and importantly, we would like to thank our reviewers, whom we list below. We are aware that reviewing manuscripts is time-consuming as well as unpaid, and all too often the best reviewers are bombarded with requests, from several journals at the same time. We therefore try and spread the load amongst you, albeit with a mixed success. We realize that we rely heavily on some of you, and that you respond splendidly. We are grateful for this. …
