The so-called ‘Terson’s syndrome’ is a clinical entity including any intraocular haemorrhage (IOH) of vitreous, subhyaloid, and intraretinal location due to subarachnoid or subdural bleeding. An incidence ranging from 8 to 46 % has been reported in SAH patients mainly because the diagnosis may be overlooked in comatose patients [
