Foramen magnum meningiomas (FMMs) are rare neoplasms with a broad spectrum of clinical presentations, which makes diagnostics very complicated. We report the case of a foramen magnum meningioma (FMM), presenting with short episodes of stiffness of the tongue. This isolated symptom has not been reported previously. …
