We read with great interest the article by Wang et al. [1] regarding the effectiveness and safety of robot-assisted (RA) versus fluoroscopy-assisted (FA) pedicle screw implantation in scoliosis surgery. The authors find a statistically significant reduction blood loss (BL) (Mean difference [MD] -105.57; 95% CI -206.84 to -4.31; p = 0.04). Suggesting that RA may have blood loss benefits over FA. …
