We read with great interest the recent article on laparoscopic repair of perforated duodenal ulcers: the simple one-stitch suture with omental patch technique by Song et al. [1]. Their experience of this minimally invasive treatment of a common surgical emergency further substantiates its role in routine practice. We would like to congratulate the authors on their excellent results and to share with them our experience of this simple technique. …
