Dropped head syndrome: case report

A patient [age and sex not stated] developed dropped head syndrome (DHS) during treatment with rotigotine. The patient, who had a history of Parkinsonism, received rotigotine patch [route not stated] at a dose of 2 mg/day. Subsequently, the dose was increased to 6 mg/day. Soon after the increase in dose, he developed DHS. Rotigotine was ceased, and the patient's condition improved within couple of weeks. …
