In multiple sclerosis (MS), heart failure is commonly related to mitoxantrone-induced cardiotoxicity. However, takotsubo cardiomyopathy (TTC), a potentially life-threatening but reversible condition, has exceptionally been related to MS relapse. We present a case of transient heart failure with reduced ejection fraction due to a reverse TTC in a young woman with a recently diagnosed MS. …
