I would like to thank Dr. Leonidas for his insightful comments. The error in the use of the senior author’s name inadvertently passed through my editorial office. In the reference list, it is the policy of the journal to list up to three authors. For papers by more than three authors, “et al” is added. In the text, for papers by three or more authors we cite only the lead author, e.g. Moskowitz, followed by “et al.” …
