We read with great interest the article entitled “Rectus Sheath Hematoma: A Series of Unfortunate Events” by Luhmann and Williams [1]. The condition, as they quite rightfully stated, is rare and difficult to diagnose. They mentioned Fotherhill’s sign as being a useful test for distinguishing intraperitoneal masses from masses arising from the abdominal wall. …
