To the Editor: Pulmonary Artery Sling (PAS) is a rare cause of wheezing in infants. It is a congenital vascular anomaly in which the left pulmonary artery originates from the right pulmonary artery and encircles the distal trachea and right main stem bronchus. Respiratory symptoms are the most common clinical presentations, often requiring early surgical interventions.
