Sir: A 43-year-old woman had a witnessed tonic-clonic seizure out of hospital. Upon arrival of paramedic services, she had a Glasgow Coma Score (GCS) of 3/15, weak central pulses of rate 30/min, and respiratory rate of 8/min with peripheral oxygen saturation of 83%.
