In Fig. 4, the cut-off values of group 2 are PCT 0.89–1.64 (not 0.89–1.16) and the cut-off values of group 3 are PCT 1.64–9.33 (not 1.16–9.33). The rest of the results are correct, including number and percentages of the different groups (see Fig. 1). This error does not affect the significance of the results or the validity of the comments in the discussion. The authors regret their mistake.
