Endovascular or surgical treatment of femoropopliteal bypass (FPB) graft occlusion is a safe and effective procedure. However, there are some reports that recommend thrombolysis as an initial therapy [

2]. In situ thrombolysis (ITL), with later percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) of any anastomotic stenoses, is the usual endovascular therapy for this condition [
