A healthy 53 year-old-male presented with diffuse, bilateral, lower-extremity pain and swelling (Fig. 1). He denied prior trauma, surgery or others risk factors for thrombosis. He reported intense physical exercise for a moving-house 2 weeks before the index event. Past medical history was unremarkable.
