Peripheral ulcerative keratitis (PUK) is a sight-threatening condition commonly associated with systemic inflammatory disease, especially long-standing rheumatoid arthritis (RA) with established joint erosions [1]. We describe a unique case of PUK as the presentation of rheumatoid vasculitis without joint or systemic involvement, highlighting the importance of prompt multidisciplinary investigation and treatment. …
